Fortnum & Mason font

I'm doing a design project based around Fortnum and Mason, and so need the font they use in their full logo (see image). Whatthefont didn't come up with one that looked right - can anyone help please? Thanks

Thank you Sam - you’ve made my day! BTW - Century 725 is “Madison” http://www.myfonts.com/fonts/linotype/madison-antiqua/ I just looked it up on the font lookalike site -- Bitstream has nothing original.... lol
